1. Liability Limitations
This platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
- Service interruptions (Firebase outages, network issues, maintenance)
- Third-party services (GitHub, Firebase) behavior or availability
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages
- User error, misuse, or security compromises due to user negligence
2. Data & Privacy
- Storage: Data is stored on Google Firebase. We are not responsible for Firebase outages.
- Backups: Users are responsible for maintaining backups. We provide no automatic backup guarantee.
- GitHub Integration: Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage. Webhook payloads are verified but logged.
- Deletion: Account deletion removes data, but Firebase/GitHub may retain backups per their policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
- Spam or send unsolicited content
- Scrape, automate, or abuse the platform
- Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
- Circumvent rate limits or API controls
Violations result in account termination without refund.
4. Third-Party Services
- GitHub: Your GitHub integration is subject to GitHub's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for GitHub behavior, API changes, or service disruption.
- Firebase: Storage and authentication rely on Google Firebase. Outages or data issues are not our liability.
- We act as intermediaries. Third-party terms apply independently.
5. Security Disclaimers
- No Guarantee: While we implement security best practices (encryption, CSRF protection, webhook verification), no system is 100% secure.
- Report Issues: If you discover a vulnerability, report it immediately. Do not publicly disclose security flaws.
- User Responsibility: Protect your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Major changes will be announced 30 days in advance when possible.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
